This is your chance to be a MOVIE STAR…err, EXTRA, I mean!  Just came across this update on the Fullerton College Visual and Performing Arts Fanpage on Facebook (Thanks, FC!).  Three Veils, an independent production, is looking for extras on 4 different days this weekend, from July 17th – July 20th!  Here’s a little synopsis of the movie:

“Three Veils” is a film about three young Middle-Eastern women living in the U.S, each with her own personal story.

Leila is engaged to be married, however as the wedding night approaches, she becomes less and less sure of how her life is playing out.

Amira is a very devout Muslim, but is dealing with her deep repressions about her intimate feelings toward women.

Nikki is acting out her promiscuity as she battles her own demons after a tragic death in the family.

As the film progresses, all three stories unfold and blend into each other as connections are revealed between the three women.

TAKE PART IN A MOVIE TO BE SHOT LOCALLY IN FULLERTON

Indie feature film shooting in Fullerton looking to cast extras for Three Veils, a socially poignant drama about three young women whose lives intertwine as they defy tradition to create their own realities.

The following roles are available:

Friday, July 17th – 1pm-5pm – Men/Women – ages 18 – 30 (all ethnicities)

Saturday, July 18th – 1pm-5pm – Men/Women – ages 18 – 20 (Dark Hair)

Sunday, July 19th – 6am-4pm – Men/Women – ages 18 – 30 (all ethnicities)

Monday, July 20th – 11am-8pm (Men/Women) – ages 18 – 40 (all ethnicities)

This is an indie movie so there is no pay for extras but it will be an interesting experience and you may receive credit in the film and on IMDB.
