If you’re the typical college student, then you are probably out partying late and eating at Denny’s at 2 a.m. But if you are looking for a little more variety rather than the normal Sampler or Grand Slam Breakfast, you may want to check out this 24-hour restaurant at the corner of Main St. and PCH in Seal Beach.
Shore House Cafe — the sign says “outstanding food and spirits.” I can’t vouch for their spirits since I’ve never been there to drink, but their food menu is pretty extensive. There …

[Staff Bio] What a newbie!!

Hi, my name is Valerie Ucab.  I’m 23 years old and I currently reside in Walnut, CA (Yes, the one near Diamond Bar!).   I graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelors degree in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration.
During my years at Cal State Fullerton, I drove to campus (like most people) almost everyday and stayed there long after my classes were over.  I worked on homework, took the necessary cat naps, gambled my health whenever I ate at Busy Bee because I was really craving some …

Being a part of such an exciting community has been lots of fun. This is why I am excited to be part of VitaminOC.com and being able to share with you about everything OC.

This 11.3-mile bike path ascends 930 feet into the rolling hills of Fullerton, passing by parks, homes, a golf course, and commercial buildings. But between the hills and trees, much of the time you don’t see these things, but instead, enjoy the fun route used by many, yet hidden from the rest of the city.
The extent of my bicycling experience starts in grade school and ends in riding a mountain bike on the road for the shorter than two-mile distance to work. However, when my brother-in-law invited me to try …

No one can deny the amount of great food Orange County has to offer. And though I can usually be found enjoying the popular greasy carne asada fries or sharing a massive traditional calzone — all which can be found in the OC — I also like to make the occasional venture into some of the “fine dining” restaurants, which are plentiful in Orange County, as well.
Throughout the week of February 22nd through the 28th, a number of restaurants will be participating in this year’s Orange County Restaurant Week. A …
